Back to School Youth Explosion

Here’s who we are and what this event is all about: The Southern Belle Tea Group is an organization of women dedicated in serving our community through numerous outreach programs in the local community and surrounding areas. Our organization works with community partners to promote education awareness and support in various events and activities. Our mission is to “Give Back”!

This summer the Southern Belle Tea Group will be hosting a 3-Day Camp on July 18-20, 2017. The camp is being held at the Old Selma Road Community Center, 3200 Old Selma Road, Montgomery, Alabama. The camp is geared toward at-risk youth ages 7-12. Our camp will provide each child with educational enrichment and development with special emphasis on Bullying, Safety, and Self-Esteem in partnership with our local Law Enforcement. The following Saturday, July 22, 2017 at noon, we will host a Youth Explosion in the same location. During that time, we will have food, fun, giveaway book bags and school supplies and greetings from local officials.
