Statewide Music Conference 2002

“Music to My Ears” will teach the music community and creatives key fundamentals of the music business.  The ultimate goal is to enhance the knowledge, skills and abilities of the music community.

There will be 3 parts to this event. Part 1  begins at 9am with registration beginning at 8:00am. There will be speakers presenting on various subjects that are crucial for aspiring recording artists.  The classes are not very long, so be sure to take notes! 

Part 2 is the artist competition.  Participants will have a chance to win nearly $20,000 in prizes that will give them an astronomical boost in their music career. They will have 5 minutes to perform their music for the audience and 3 judges. The grand prize winner will receive a full page photo and writeup in Hip Hop weekly magazine, Vibe magazine, and Landonbuford.com, which are all national publications, two original songs recorded, mixed and mastered, a professional video shoot of one original song, and a professional photo shoot.  They will also have the opportunity to attend networking events within the music industry.   The registration fee for this portion is $250.00 and there are limited slots.  (look for the coupon code for a discount!)

Part 3 will be a music showcase.  This portion will feature various performing artists within the southeastern region. Vendors are also welcomed to participate.  This event will be held October  13th & 14th, 2022, at ALOE (Another Level of Excellence) located at 2596 Eastern Blvd Montgomery, AL.   Tickets are on sale now!
