SUMMARY:Move Montgomery Color Run/Walk Color Craze
DESCRIPTION:Move Montgomery will host The Color Run/Walk Cardio Craze on July 15 at 8 a.m. at the Emory Folmar YMCA Soccer Complex\, 300 Brown Springs Road in Montgomery. \nThe Move Montgomery Color Run/Walk will combine art with motion as participants begin the race wearing white – only to be covered in a rainbow of color by the time they reach the finish line! This event is a fun run/walk and will NOT be timed. Other activities will include Total body workout\, Yoga and more. Move Montgomery also asks that all participants support the Montgomery Area Food Bank by making monetary donations. All communities are affected by hunger. Approximately one-seventh of Americans struggle to have enough to eat and rely on food pantries to fill the gaps\, as per Hunger in America. Approximately 231\,600 food insecure people live in the central Alabama community\, including in Montgomery.
