Montgomery, AL- This week marks the start of Homecoming festivities at Huntingdon College! All over campus students will be participating in activities to prepare for the return of alumni and parents. Homecoming court was voted upon by students this past week and the queen will be announced during the game at halftime. Homecoming court is as follows:
Freshmen: Mary Stanley, Halle Teal, Amanda Crowell, Lucy Burch
Sophomores: Sidney Ison, Virginia Gaston, Dalis Smith, Autumn Allday
Juniors: Anna Blair Cockrell, Ragin Berry, Josie Waddell, Olivia den Besten
Seniors: Morgan Clausell, Meagan Clausell, Raina Lanier, Bria Rochelle
The football team will be taking on Averett University at 1 PM at Samford Stadium, following their 38-10 win against Brevard this past weekend. Averett is 3-2 (3-0 USA South) and ranked #1 in the conference while the Hawks come in at #2. Come out and support your Hawks with family and friends as they battle to defeat the #1 team! The tailgate event will be held at 11 AM followed by the Hawk Walk at 12:30 PM. Hawk ‘Em!
