MILLBROOK, Alabama – On March 29th at 2 p.m. Millbrook will officially unveil its 4th City Mural, located at Don Duncan’s All-American Auto & Tire (3760 Magnolia Drive).
Created by local artist, Carol Barksdale, the mural entitled, “City on the Move,” is just what the name implies… a depiction of the growth of Millbrook and all that is held dear by its residents and business owners as the city continues to grow and prosper.
A gathering will take place on Wednesday, March 29th at 2 p.m. at the site, where the media and public are welcome to attend.
“A City on the Move,” will be Millbrook’s 4th installment to the Alabama Mural Trail, a project of The University of Alabama Center for Economic Development in partnership with Ala-Tom RC&D, Alabama Mountain Lakes Tourist Association, the Alabama Tourism Department, and Alabama Black Belt Adventures.
The Millbrook Area Chamber of Commerce is dedicated to serving Millbrook businesses by promoting community prosperity through advocacy, access to leaders, connectivity, business education and workforce development.
