The City of Montgomery and partner organizations will host a kick-off party for the Central Alabama Neighborhood Health Initiative, a new campaign to improve health literacy and outcomes in central Alabama. This partnership was made possible through the City of Montgomery’s receipt of a $3.9 million grant from the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services – Office of Minority Health.
