Montgomery, AL- New Home Baptist Church Senior Center hosted a birthday celebration for Ms. Daisy Lois Paschal on yesterday morning. She will be turning 104 years old!
Ms. Paschal was presented a resolution from the Alabama House of Representatives by her grandson, Rep. Kenneth Paschal, District 73.
“What a milestone this is” Rep. Paschal shared. “My grandmother has seen things some of us have never seen. If I can just exhibit half the love she does.”
Affectionately called “Mama Lois”, Ms. Paschal was born on October 12, 1919 in Eclectic, AL. She lived there the majority of her life.
In 1936, Ms. Paschal married the late Mr. Lumas Paschal, Sr. They were blessed with 7 children and 19 grandchildren. In 2009, Ms. Paschal moved to Montgomery. She loves traveling and socializing with her friends at the senior center.
New Home Baptist Church is located at 2101 Early Street in Montgomery.
