We were inspired to start the company because it afforded us the opportunity to own and operate our business while building a successful brand that delivers high quality products and customer service to clients around the world.

A mother and son business partnership is a unique relationship that works well for us because we have a great deal of respect and trust for each other’s experience and expertise. It’s also a testament to how strong we are as a family. We work together to make decisions that are in the best interest of the business. We also do a great job of keeping our personal and business life separate. The key is to always plan family time that is not inclusive of business. We both feel we have the best business partner; sharing business experience and expertise and family love.
BRANDING IS IMPORTANT IN STARTING A BUSINESS. HOW ARE YOU BUILDING A SUCCESSFUL BRAND FOR YOUR COMPANY?
Being a new company, we are working very hard to build and promote a successful brand. The name we chose for our company, Yuntrill is very special to us. It is used in memory of my daughter and Chris sister who lost her fight to heart disease at the age of three. Aside from designing our company logo, slogan, distinct look, and message, we spent over a year researching and testing many hair samples to select quality products to represent our brand and gain customer loyalty. We further promote our brand with our company website (www.yuntrillshair.com), Fashion Blogs, magazines, networking, and social media accounts to include Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Twitter. We are also building our presence in the community with the goal of educating and giving back.

A corporate executive and entrepreneur, Christopher utilizes his education, experience & expertise to lead the company. As CEO, he is responsible for high level decision making and strategic planning. His success is enhanced by his passion for high level marketing, media relations, photography, and fashion trends.
A graduate of Auburn University of Montgomery, Barbara Jackson serves as Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer. A strategic marketing professional with over 25 years of her career spent in the corporate industry, Barbara has launched and managed successful marketing initiatives for several national organizations. Utilizing her acquired skills, expertise, and experience to build this company, she was primed to effectively manage the company’s day to day operation.
