The Office of the Judge of Probate, Bullock County has new services that include renewing your tags online and researching documents online.
Online Tag Renewals
- To renew online, visit tagpayments.com
- Choose Bullock County from the County drop down list
- Input the tag number and pin from the tag renewal notice
- If you want to add another tag, put in the tag and pin for that tag and select “Add Another Tag”
- Once you have all the tags loaded that you want to renew, select “Continue to Payment Method”
- On the next screen enter your email address in the e-mail and confirm boxes, enter the name on your card and the card number.
- Check the two acknowledgement check boxes and then choose the “Pay” button to process the payment
- Once payment is received, registrant will receive decal and or metal plate via mail
Renewing Tags via Mail
- Customer receives renewal notice via mail
- Customer calculates the total amount of the renewal (this includes tag renewal and mail fee)
- Customer mails renewal notice and payment to Judge of Probate Office
- Once renewal notice and payment is received, Clerk renews tags and mails customer decal and/or metal plate
Tag renewal notices will be sent via mail. The server will send out notices on the last working day of each month. Notices will be required to renew tags online and or/via mail.
Citizens will be able to research documents online at www.psearch.sysconline.com. Documents include deeds, mortgages, liens, judgements, etc. Citizens can research documents as far back as ten years.
